<p>IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers has released a video message for all IndiGo employees, declaring that “the worst is behind us” after the airline faced significant operational disruptions.</p><p>In his message, Elbers thanked pilots, cabin crew, airport staff, OCC, customer service teams and all departments for standing united during the crisis. He confirmed that IndiGo has restored its network to 2,200 flights, calling the rapid recovery a testament to teamwork and strong operating principles.</p><p>The CEO also announced a comprehensive Root Cause Analysis by an external aviation expert and outlined IndiGo’s focus on resilience, accountability and rebuilding. Senior leadership will travel across the network to interact with employees and gather feedback from the ground.</p>
